What not to buy - Dove Therapy Shampoo

I always see blog posts current must haves and HG post etc... though not many people blog about what not to buy, i loved watching 'products i regret buying' videos on YouTube, though very rarely see a blog post about it.

Here's what i bought a few months ago - in fact the only reason i still have it is so i could snap a picture and show you all.

From the Dove Therapy range; Intense Care Therapy Shampoo - one word for this product; PANTS!

Its meant to be for dry and damaged hair, and contain some sort of repairing serum. It didn't help help my hair, definitely non repairing ino, as a matter of fact my hair felt drier then before i used this.

Seriously guys don't waste your money on this one.

For me, although it was a waste of money, it wasnt a total waste of time, as from this stemmed my ever growing need to perfect my hair.

:D

What products have been a bit pants for you guys lately, id love to know, perhaps i should start a lil' black book of 'what not to buy'...

  1. VO5 stuff is always a no buy for me, the hair oils don't do anything and are fussy to use. You have to heat them up first and then apply them. You don't get enough in each "pod" and the twist off thing on top is more than useless. I need to use 1.5 to get proper coverage of my head and there's nowhere I can store the remainder.

Their shampoos are just as bad, actually, they're worse. I used one and it made my hair fall out relly badly and it took ages to wash out.

  2. :O really iv only ever used theyre hot oils, and i really really liked em, i mean when i used it, i only applied them on the ends of my hair - one was fine and i had very damaged hair and i was blown over by the results... strange. BUT i get what you mean, it is hassle.
