Bargain Alert - Makeup Brushes

I bought this about a month ago because i needed to replace my old makeup bag to take to work; we need one that you can see into, and i didnt like the completely see through ones because you can see it get dirty quicker.

My local 'primarni' has been refurbished and extended to a brand spanking new one so i figured id have a good browse, and i came across a make up bag with brushes inside.

Perfect! i thought, just what i needed, cheap enough to take home and throw away the brushes.

And now i have my self a considerably large makeup bag suitable for work and 5 very cheap brushes, i couldn't through them away with out trying them out as they we're such cuties.

You can see from the picture, the brush on the far right, has been mutilated, it had a sponge tip to it, and in my opinion they are such a waste! As for the rest, well you know what, these are pretty good brushes considering i only paid a mere £4.50 for it all. BARGAIN!!!

The foundation brush is made up of synthetic fibres, hasn't shed any hair yet, doesn't streak so much and is nice and sturdy. same applies for the concealer brush and the lip brush. Lash and brow comb is standard, mehh!

I definitely wasn't expecting this, I'm utterly surprised, and in wonderment as to how Primark did this with such low budgets.

Food for thought - how much does it cost companiess like Lauder to make their brushes before putting them up for sale for an arm and a leg?!

(i now have an array of brushes ready for use, and on lazy days, if i havnt cleaned my foundation brush - i will always have a back up clean one at hand)

So for anyone who wants a few brushes for on the go (or even as back ups like me), these are great, uber cute, and cheap as chips!

ladies and gents, i present to you, 'PRIMANI' :P
